Terms

Clear expectations make better cohorts.

These draft terms describe the intended founding offer. They require legal and company-detail review before payments open.

The programme

Turn Up and Talk is a four-week live educational programme. The founding cohort is intended to begin on 23 September 2026 and includes four core sessions, office hours, course materials and access to session recordings.

Applications and payment

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or require payment. Accepted applicants will receive a private payment link. A place is confirmed only after payment.

Participation

Participants remain responsible for their own statements, outreach, recording setup, conduct and compliance with a podcast’s requirements. The programme does not provide done-for-you outreach or promise placement on a particular show.

The 180-day promise

A participant may request a refund of the course fee if they complete the four core modules, follow the taught targeting and pitching framework, provide evidence of ten suitable podcast pitches and receive no podcast booking resulting from that outreach within 180 days after the final core session.

A booking means an agreed podcast guest appearance. The guarantee does not promise acceptance by a specific podcast. Full evidence requirements and the refund contact process must be supplied before purchase.

Recordings and group participation

Live sessions may be recorded. Participants must be told how recordings will be used and must consent before their name, image, voice, work or feedback is used publicly. Personal testimonials require separate permission.

Intellectual property

Course materials are supplied for the participant’s own professional use and may not be resold, republished or used to deliver a competing training product without written permission.

Company and contact details

Launch requirement: insert the contracting legal entity, registered address, governing law, contact details, cancellation rights and any other mandatory consumer information.
