Is this a podcast-booking service?
No. Turn Up and Talk teaches you to identify, pitch and perform on podcasts yourself. We will not send cold outreach on your behalf.
Who is the course for?
Established founders, consultants, authors and senior leaders who already possess genuine expertise and want to turn it into authority, useful content or search visibility.
Who is it not for?
It is not designed for somebody starting from zero, looking for fame without a useful subject, or wanting AI to automate thousands of emails. We can help develop your angle; we cannot invent your experience.
When does the founding cohort begin?
The first core session is Wednesday 23 September 2026 at 4pm UK time. The remaining sessions run on the following three Wednesdays.
What happens if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded. You can watch it later and retain access to the recordings for as long as the library remains available.
How much time should I allow?
Allow 60–90 minutes for the weekly teaching session, approximately one hour for homework and optional time for office hours and the community.
Will Al review my work personally?
Al will critique selected positioning, pitches and mock interviews live so the entire group can learn. Individual review and a private recorded mock interview may be available separately.
Will I leave with a showreel?
The course gives you the plan, prompts and recording framework needed to create a strong guest reel. A one-to-one mock interview and personal showreel recording are not included in the £99 cohort.
How does the guarantee work?
Complete the core programme, follow the framework and provide evidence of ten pitches sent to suitable shows. If none leads to a booking within 180 days after the final session, contact us for a refund of the course fee. Full terms are supplied before payment.
Does the course guarantee my dream podcast?
No. You will learn to rank shows by tier and build a realistic ladder. The promise is a podcast booking after suitable outreach, not an immediate appearance on a celebrity-scale show.
What equipment do I need?
You will receive a complete equipment and setup guide. You do not need a studio, but you should expect to invest in clear audio, dependable headphones and basic lighting if you do not already own them.
Can AI do the research and pitching for me?
AI can accelerate transcript research, compare angles and critique drafts. It cannot replace your judgement. You remain responsible for reading and approving every pitch.
Why is the founding cohort only £99?
The first 25 participants receive an exceptional price because their honest feedback will shape the finished programme. Future cohorts are expected to cost more.
How do I join?
Apply on the website. If the cohort is a good fit, you will receive a private payment link. If you are not ready, join the waitlist for Al’s free live pitch training.
