Four stages. One complete guest system.

Each session creates something you will actually use. Expect roughly one hour of homework between calls.

Week one

Position: Give a host a clear reason to care.

  • Define the expertise you can credibly own
  • Build strong, adaptable interview angles
  • Create a positioning statement and guest-page plan
  • Understand podcast tiers and where to begin

Week two

Pitch: Send emails that could only be for that show.

  • Find worthwhile, attainable podcasts
  • Research episodes without losing an afternoon
  • Write a reusable core pitch without sounding reusable
  • Use AI for leverage—not judgement

Week three

Perform: Sound like somebody worth inviting back.

  • Build a dependable camera, sound and lighting setup
  • Answer concisely without becoming robotic
  • Tell memorable stories without hijacking the conversation
  • Handle nerves, mistakes and difficult questions

Promote: Make the appearance work long after recording.

  • Run the thank-you and follow-up sequence
  • Create clips and posts with the host’s blessing
  • Ask for backlinks, introductions and appropriate referrals
  • Pitch week: send real pitches and review the response

To qualify, attend or watch the four core sessions, complete the target and positioning work, then send ten suitable pitches that follow the Turn Up and Talk framework. Keep evidence of the recipients and the emails. If none results in a podcast booking within 180 days of the final session, contact us and we will refund the £99 course fee.
